• We do not encourage any query regarding return or refund of product as it often leads to a lot of scam/malpractice of decanting the perfumes.

• Please be mindful while placing your orders and also to double check your product selections.

• Orders from outside of India will not be shipped currently.

• We employ such strict policies due to the widespread occurrences of few misleading retailers decanting ( decanting:- extracting perfume to a smaller bottle and retailing it for a profit ) our perfumes and later returning it to us, creating a cycle of multiple orders with same purchase bill causing financial harm to our company.
